Body Positivity or Body Obsession? Learning to See More & Be More

Objectification and body image are prevalent sources of poor mental health. Dr. Lindsay Kite, based on her own research and experiences, describes how body obsession can be turned into body positivity. Lindsay Kite is a scholar and advocate of positive body image.
